Celebrate National Ice Cream Month at BIN 36

It’s July, it’s hot, and you need something delicious to cool you down. BIN 36 and Pastry Chef Tom Laurell have a new dessert menu you’re going to love!

New “Scooped” creations include ice cream, gelato, and sorbet. In honor of July being National Ice Cream Month, try the Smoked Vanilla Bean Bourbon, Chocolate-Chipotle, or the unique Maple ice cream with pieces of candied bacon. For gelato, try something different like Olive Oil or something sweet like Fig, Ricotta, and Honey. New sorbets include Blackberry, Pineapple, and Apricot, depending on the seasonality of the ingredients.

For “Baked” desserts, hold on to your spoons! Chocolate Bouchon Cake, Peanut Butter Mousse-Chocolate Tart, and the pleasantly unusual Huckleberry Pop Tart will satisfy any sweet tooth. Also try the Slow Roasted Strawberries, Tropical Fruit Parfait, or classic Crème Brulée.
